Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Executive. The Operations Executive will be responsible for managing and overseeing daily hospital operations, ensuring efficient and effective operational practices. The role involves coordinating with various departments to improve patient care services, managing resources, optimizing processes, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. The Operations Executive will also handle administrative tasks, analyze operational data, and implement strategies to enhance overall hospital performance.

Qualifications

• Strong Operations and Operations Management skills
• Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills
• Proficiency in Analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with different departments
• Experience in healthcare operations is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field
