Key Responsibilities of a Registered Staff Nurse: Patient Assessment: Identifying and evaluating patients' health conditions and needs. Treatment and Medication: Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and monitoring patient responses. Patient Education: Providing health education and counseling to patients and their families. Vital Sign Monitoring: Regularly monitoring and recording vital signs (e.g., blood pressure, temperature, pulse). Documentation: Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records. Collaborative Care: Working with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care. Assist with Procedures: Assisting with medical procedures and tests.
