Job Description

Recording financial transactions: Bookkeepers are responsible for recording all financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. This involves maintaining a detailed record of all financial activities, including invoices, bank statements, and receipts.
Balancing accounts: Bookkeepers must ensure that all accounts are balanced and reconciled on a regular basis. This means comparing the company's financial records with bank statements and other financial documents to ensure that all transactions have been recorded correctly.
Managing accounts payable and receivable: Reconciliation of vendor & supplier account.
Producing reports: Bookkeepers are responsible for producing various reports like bank reconciliation report, VAT report, Debtors ageing, creditors ageing reports.
Communicating with clients: Bookkeepers may be responsible for communicating with clients for queries.
Ensuring compliance with financial regulations: Bookkeepers must ensure that bookkeeping complies with all relevant financial regulations and legislation, such as tax laws and accounting standards.

Required Skills:

Candidates must have experience in any Audit firm
Excellent Verbal and written communication skills.
Qualification - B.Com, M.Com, MBA (finance), CA / CMA - Inter
(Not eligible for pursuing candidates).
Work from office role (Thousand Lights - Chennai)
