Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparing and maintaining financial statements and reports. Support the audit team in conducting internal and external audits. Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other financial documents. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions. Collaborate with other departments to gather and verify financial data. Identify discrepancies and suggest corrective actions. Support month-end and year-end closing processes. Preparing reports as required by management. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 year of experience in accounting or auditing. Educational qualifications: B.Com/M.Com/CA - Intermediate (Dropout). Proficiency in Tally and Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the hospitality, retail sector preferred. Familiarity with Tally Prime, MS-Word, Excel, Outlook.
