Job Summary: Minsol Limited is looking for a skilled and experienced Excavator Operator to join our operations team for mining and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience operating excavators and a good understanding of safe site practices and operational procedures. Perform excavation, trenching, digging, loading, and leveling as per project requirements. Conduct daily pre-start checks and routine inspections of the machine to ensure safe and proper functioning. Report any operational faults or maintenance requirements immediately. Follow work instructions from site supervisors and adhere to project schedules. Maintain work logs and equipment usage records as directed. Ensure strict compliance with company safety guidelines and operational standards. Coordinate with other operators and ground staff for smooth site operations. Key Requirements: Minimum 4 years of practical experience as an Excavator Operator in mining, construction, or infrastructure projects. Valid Excavator Operator License / HEMM License. Good knowledge of safe operation procedures and site safety norms. Physically fit and able to work in outdoor and demanding site conditions. Ability to perform minor equipment troubleshooting and assist in basic maintenance. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in heavy equipment operation from a recognized training center.
