Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Excavator Operator based in Pune. The Excavator Operator will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to perform tasks related to excavation, trenching, and earthmoving activities. Daily tasks will include operating machinery, conducting equipment maintenance, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. The operator will work closely with the construction team to meet project timelines and requirements. Qualifications Experience in Equipment Operation including Excavation and Heavy Equipment Skills in Equipment Maintenance and knowledge of maintaining Excavation machinery Understanding of Trenching and the ability to work safely in trench environments Ability to follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards Prior experience in the construction industry is an advantage Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications related to heavy equipment operation are a plus
