Job Description

Position: Exam Coordinator

Location: Rajkot, Gujarat

Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000

Timing: 8AM to 4:30PM

Role Overview:

We are looking for an Exam Coordinator profile overseeing all aspects of examinations and responsible for ensuring the integrity, security and efficiency of the examination process from planning to execution.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage exam timetables in coordination with academic departments.
Arrange exam venues, materials, and ensure all logistics are in place.
Appoint and brief invigilators, ensuring smooth exam conduct.
Communicate exam schedules, rules, and updates to students and staff.
Ensure exams follow institutional policies and maintain a secure environment.
Coordinate with faculty for grading and timely result processing.
Maintain accurate exam records and reports for audits/reviews.

Required Skills:

Strong planning, scheduling, and organizational ability.
Attention to detail in logistics and documentation.
Good written communication and reporting skills.
Commitment to fairness, integrity, and exam protocols.
Ability to handle emergencies calmly.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (preferably in Management, Education, or related field).
