Events Sales

As an Event Sales professional at The Qwerty Ink, you will be responsible for event strategy and planning to align with business objectives. Your role includes: - Crafting and implementing comprehensive event strategies - Identifying new event opportunities for brand exposure and lead generation - Collaborating with internal stakeholders to define event goals and target audiences effectively Your focus will be on lead generation through events, involving: - Designing and executing events to drive quality leads for sales pipelines - Coordinating with sales and marketing teams for lead qualification criteria - Monitoring and reporting on event ROI, lead conversion rates, and revenue impact Additionally, you will handle collaboration and partnership management by: - Identifying, approaching, and securing strategic event partnerships - Managing relationships with partner organizations, sponsors, vendors, and stakeholders - Negotiating contracts and partnership agreements for mutual benefit Event management and execution tasks include: - Overseeing end-to-end event management, budgeting, logistics, vendor coordination, and branding - Ensuring timely delivery of events within scope and budget - Managing post-event evaluations, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives Collaboration with content and design teams to create engaging event promotional materials and driving marketing campaigns across various stages is essential. Leveraging social media, email marketing, and digital channels for successful event promotion is key. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B events, trade shows, conferences, and large-scale collaborations. Strong analytical skills and a creative mindset for innovation in event formats and audience engagement are highly valued.
