Events Manager

You will be joining our team as a Manager Events & Activation, where your role will involve a combination of sales acumen, client servicing, and flawless execution. Your responsibilities will include driving business growth, managing client relationships, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth on-ground execution of events and brand activations. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in events and activation space, pitching creative ideas to potential clients, achieving sales targets, serving as the point of contact for existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, expanding accounts through up-selling and cross-selling, sourcing reliable vendors, negotiating costs and timelines, overseeing event planning and execution, coordinating logistics, staff, materials, and permissions, and ensuring deliverables are met as per client expectations. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Mass Communication, or a related field, along with 3 years of relevant experience in events, brand activations, or experiential marketing. Excellent communication and client handling skills, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, willingness to travel and be present on-site during events, and knowledge of vendor landscape and production processes would be advantageous.
