Events Manager

As an Event Coordinator at our company, your primary role will be to research and scout new event opportunities such as perfume-making workshops, music festivals, and brand activations. You will be responsible for coordinating with the logistic team and clients to ensure timely execution and setup of events. Your key responsibilities will include managing event budgets and timelines, identifying and partnering with influencers for marketing campaigns, and coordinating campaign logistics, content creation, and publishing. Additionally, you will be expected to develop and maintain influencer relationships, coordinate video shoots and publishing, as well as collaborate with team members and talents to ensure high-quality visuals and brand consistency. You will also be required to maintain calendars, schedules, and project timelines, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and manage budgets, invoices, and expense reports.
