Events Associate

Octaloop is scaling up, and with IBT 2025 and Metamorphosis around the corner, we’re looking for a sharp, energetic, and execution-driven Events Associate to join our team.

You’ll be working closely with our Head of Events to bring some of the biggest Web3 experiences in India (and beyond) to life. This is not a sit-back-and-watch role — we’re looking for someone with a “get sh*t done” attitude, who thrives under pressure and loves the adrenaline of live events.

What you’ll do:

• Support the planning and execution of large-scale Web3 events.

• Coordinate with venues, vendors, sponsors, and partners.

• Handle on-ground operations and make sure everything runs like clockwork.

• Assist in logistics, scheduling, and backstage management.

• Be the right-hand support to our Head of Events.

What we’re looking for:

• Prior experience in event management/operations is a big plus (but not mandatory if you can hustle and prove yourself).

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work in high-pressure environments and adapt on the fly.

• A problem-solver with an eye for detail.

• Someone who believes no task is too small and no challenge too big.
