The MAHA SOLAR EXPO, organized by Raymagic Green Energy Pvt. Ltd., is Maharashtra's exclusive B2B platform dedicated to showcasing products from the renewable energy industry under one roof. The event has successfully completed its first edition on March 2nd and 3rd, 2024, in Pune, and its second edition is scheduled for January 31st and February 1st, 2025. The third edition will take place from December 26th to 28th, 2025, at the Auto Cluster Exhibition Center in Pune. This premier event provides a platform for industry networking, innovation, and sustainable energy solutions.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Pune for Event Staff at the MAHA SOLAR EXPO. The role involves assisting in organizing and coordinating event activities, providing exceptional customer service to exhibitors and visitors, managing event setups and logistics, and ensuring smooth operations throughout the event. The Event Staff will also play a key role in supporting promotional activities and engaging attendees.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to address attendee and exhibitor inquiries effectively
• Experience in event planning and coordination, ensuring seamless execution of scheduled activities
• Skills in event marketing and sales, including promotion, engagement, and supporting exhibitor needs
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work during event days and adapt to various tasks
• Experience in the renewable energy or events industry is a plus
