Company Description MAHA SOLAR EXPO is Maharashtra's leading B2B platform exclusively for the renewable energy industry, showcasing a wide array of products under one roof. The event is organized by Raymagic Green Energy Pvt. Ltd. The first edition was successfully held in March 2024 in Pune, with upcoming editions scheduled for January 2025 and December 2025 at the Auto Cluster Exhibition Center in Pune. The expo brings together industry leaders, innovators, and businesses, creating valuable networking and business opportunities. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for Event Staff, located in Pune. The Event Staff will assist in managing event logistics, coordinating with vendors, providing excellent customer service to participants, handling event marketing and promotion activities, and supporting the sales team where required. The role also involves actively engaging with attendees to ensure a smooth and professional experience during the event. Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Communication skills Experience in Event Planning and Event Marketing Understanding of sales processes and the ability to support sales efforts Ability to work collaboratively in a high-paced, dynamic environment Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related fields is a plus Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
