This role requires a professional with around 5 years of experience in the event space, responsible for managing and nurturing strong relationships with sponsored brands, particularly within the MarTech ecosystem. The individual will oversee end-to-end partner engagement, including outreach, acquisition, onboarding, and post-event relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, source, and acquire sponsorship partners across MarTech & IT segments
• Maintain strong rapport with marketing leaders, CXOs, and decision-makers
• Drive sponsorship pitches, proposal creation, and negotiations
• Collaborate with event production, content, and marketing teams to ensure sponsor alignment
• Manage stakeholder communication before, during, and after events
• Ensure sponsor satisfaction and measurable ROI delivery
• Build long-term partnerships to support recurring event formats
Required Skills:
• Strong understanding of the MarTech landscape
• Proven experience in sponsorship management & event partnerships
• Effective communication & relationship-building abilities
• Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environments
