About the Role:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Webinar & Event Operations Specialist. You’ll be the driving force behind our seamless live sessions — planning, managing, and executing webinars that reach thousands of learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute end-to-end webinar operations.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Academics, and Ops teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage technical platforms like Zoom, YouTube Live, OBS, and Google Meet.
• Handle logistics, troubleshoot issues live, and ensure smooth user experience.
• Monitor performance and optimize processes after every session.

What We’re Looking For:

• 6–12 months of relevant experience in events or webinars.
• Strong command over webinar tools (Zoom, YouTube Live, OBS, GMeet, etc.).
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple stakeholders.
• A growth mindset and eagerness to learn on the go.
