Role Overview SAP Partner Event Specialist:

As an SAP Partner Event Specialist, you will be responsible for orchestrating both online and offline SAP-related events in partnership with Protivitis internal SAP teams and the SAP Partner Alliance. This role is crucial in enhancing Protiviti India's SAP brand visibility through strategic events and compelling content delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute various SAP events (online/offline) in coordination with SAP teams and partner alliances.
• Manage end-to-end content development for SAP events, ensuring alignment with timelines and messaging goals.
• Create and refine event-related materials including presentations, brochures, and promotional content.
• Liaise with SAP teams for event logistics, scheduling, and stakeholder communication.
• Organize Go-Live celebrations for SAP projects, including social media and branding support.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Marketing, Communications, Business Administration

  , or a related field
• Minimum

  3 years of experience

  in event coordination or marketing, preferably in the

  technology or SAP ecosystem

• Understanding of

  SAP terminology and solutions

  is a strong plus
• Excellent

  written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational, time management, and

  collaboration skills

• Proficiency in

  Microsoft Office Suite

  (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
