Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Production Specialist located in New Delhi. The role involves managing event planning and production processes, collaborating with team members and clients, and ensuring high-quality execution of events. The specialist will oversee event management tasks, from conceptualization to completion, including budgeting, logistics coordination, and on-site setups. Additionally, the role requires effective communication with stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth event operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Event Planning, Event Production, and Event Management
• Strong Communication skills for collaboration with clients, vendors, and team members
• Experience in Budgeting and financial management for events
• Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes
• Flexibility to work on-site and adapt to dynamic event environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
• Knowledge of AV equipment and production techniques is an advantage
