We are on the lookout for a proactive and passionate Event Planner to join our team and help bring creative visions to life. Job Summary: As an Event Planner at Genres Ad Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for conceptualizing, coordinating, and executing events from start to finish. This includes client engagement, budgeting, vendor coordination, logistics planning, and on-ground execution. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have a flair for creativity and innovation. Key Responsibilities: Understand client objectives and propose tailored event concepts and solutions. Plan and execute events including corporate gatherings, product launches, exhibitions, activation's, and promotional events. Create detailed event proposals, presentations, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and third-party service providers to ensure smooth execution. Conduct venue research, negotiate with suppliers, and manage event logistics. Supervise on-site activities and manage real-time event execution. Handle event-related communications, invitations, registrations, and follow-ups. Monitor event performance and provide post-event analysis and reports. Ensure events are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while meeting brand standards. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field. 2–5 years of proven experience in event planning or a similar role in an agency environment. Strong project management, organizational, and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines. Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills. Flexibility to travel and work extended hours, including weekends, as per event requirements.
