We're now looking for a Junior Executive – Event Planner to join our passionate and dynamic events team. Key Responsibilities Assist in the end-to-end planning and execution of events Coordinate with vendors, venues, and service providers Prepare event timelines, checklists, and budget trackers Support senior team members during onsite event management Help manage guest lists, RSVPs, and event communication Research event trends, suppliers, and creative ideas Provide administrative support, including documentation and follow-ups What We're Looking For A degree/diploma in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships count!) As an Event & Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and executing high-quality events within the premium optical or luxury retail industry. Your responsibilities will include end-to-end event planning, budget management, vendor coordination, inventory handling, and team management to ensure the successful delivery of premium brand experiences. You will be tasked with planning and executing various events such as product launches, brand activations, exhibitions, and conferences while ensuring that they align with brand standards. Managing event budgets, tracking expenses, and seeking cost-effective solutions without compromising quality will also be part of your role.
