Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Manager, located in New Delhi. The Event Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end planning ,Operations and production of events, ensuring that projects are delivered within budget and timelines. Day-to-day tasks include managing production workflows, operations ,coordinating with vendors and teams, creating event plans, and troubleshooting logistical challenges. The role also involves effective budget planning and ensuring seamless event execution while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Operations & Production Management and Event Production.
• Strong skills in Event Planning and Budgeting.The candidate should be well versed to create Cost Sheets and client presentations.
• Exposure in Government Events and Corporate Events is must.
• Exceptional Communication abilities for collaboration and coordination
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Experience in handling large-scale events.
