Core Goal


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and execute the

    global events playbook

    (roundtables, sponsorships).
  • Own end-to-end event lifecycle: audience acquisition, logistics, content, and follow-up campaigns.
  • Integrate events with SDR and demand gen for maximum pipeline impact.
  • Manage Pepper’s

    community programs

    in the US (partner with Fractional Head of Community).
  • Track ROI of each event - measuring meetings generated, pipeline influenced, and community growth.


KPIs

  • Number of meetings generated from events
  • Event attendance and engagement metrics
  • Pipeline influenced by events & community
  • Community network size and activity


Ideal Background

  • 5–7 years in event/field marketing (B2B SaaS preferred)
  • Experience running both digital and in-person events
  • Strong operational and vendor management skills
  • Clear track record of tying events to pipeline
