Event Marketing Lead

As the individual responsible for owning all events and community initiatives to drive pipeline, brand presence, and relationship-building through impactful event execution, your core goal will be to build and execute the global events playbook, which includes roundtables and sponsorships. You will play a crucial role in the end-to-end event lifecycle, covering aspects such as audience acquisition, logistics, content creation, and follow-up campaigns. It is essential to integrate events with SDR and demand gen activities to maximize pipeline impact effectively. Additionally, you will manage Peppers community programs in the US in collaboration with the Fractional Head of Community. Tracking ROI for each event is a key responsibility, focusing on metrics such as meetings generated, pipeline influenced, and community growth. The success of your role will be measured through various KPIs, including the number of meetings generated from events, event attendance and engagement metrics, pipeline influenced by events and community initiatives, as well as the size and activity level of the community network. The ideal candidate for this position will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in event/field marketing, preferably within the B2B SaaS industry. You should have a proven track record of running successful digital and in-person events, along with strong operational and vendor management skills. Demonstrating a clear history of effectively tying events to pipeline growth will be crucial for this role.,
