A Bhubaneswar-based 35 year old event management company with experience in organizing large-scale corporate events, government functions, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns hiring an

Event Coordinator who can handle end-to-end event execution with energy, creativity, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage on-site event logistics
• Work closely with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Assist in planning, setup, and smooth execution of events
• Handle client needs during events, ensuring smooth communication
• Prepare reports, budgets, and post-event feedback documentation
• Maintain detailed timelines and checklists for event planning
• Travel locally for event setups and meetings if required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or related field
• 1+ years of event coordination or execution experience preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication (Odia, Hindi, English)
• Ability to manage pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of local Bhubaneswar vendors and venues is a plus
• Flexibility to work weekends and extended hours during events
