Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Event Manager based in Pune. The Event Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing events from start to finish. Daily tasks include consulting with clients, managing event logistics, coordinating with vendors, supervising event setup and teardown, and ensuring that each event runs smoothly. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple events concurrently.

• Proficiency in Vendor Coordination and Logistics Management
• Creative thinking and Problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
• Flexibility to work irregular hours and weekends
• Experience in the event industry is highly recommended
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management or related field preferred
