Event Manager Female - Ludhiana

Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, confident, smart female Event Manager based in Ludhiana who will handle promotional events, product activations, institute visits, corporate activity setups, student engagement drives, and brand promotions across the region.

This is a field + coordination-based role where the candidate will travel to different event locations, colleges, hotels, exhibitions, and partner venues across Ludhiana & nearby cities.

Key Responsibilities1. Event Planning & Execution

• Plan, coordinate, and execute on-ground promotional events for our EdTech and AI-based products.
• Manage college activations, mall promotions, seminars, workshops, and corporate events.
• Create event checklists, timelines, logistics, and manpower plans.

2. Brand Promotion & Outreach

• Represent the company as the official face of the brand during on-ground activities.
• Conduct seminar introductions, product announcements, and student/institute briefings.
• Engage with students, parents, trainers, and decision-makers during events.

3. Vendor & Venue Management

• Coordinate with vendors, venue managers, equipment suppliers, and promotional teams.
• Negotiate for stage setups, banners, sound, lighting, giveaways, etc.

4. Lead Collection & Reporting

• Collect leads, registrations, and follow-up data during events.
• Submit daily MIS, event reports, photos/videos, and performance summaries.

5. Travel & Field Activities

• Execute events across Ludhiana, and occasionally in nearby cities such as Jalandhar, Chandigarh, Amritsar when needed.

(Travel expenses fully reimbursed.)

6. Coordination With Directors

• Work closely with our company Director who is present in Ludhiana for immediate interviews and event briefings.
• Share daily progress and upcoming event calendars with senior management.

Required Skills & Personality Traits

• Female candidates only (Preferred age: 21–35)
• Based in Ludhiana or willing to relocate immediately
• Strong personality, confident speaker, and well-groomed
• Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, Punjabi preferred)
• Experience in events, promotions, hospitality, front office, PR, or brand activations
• Ability to manage field teams and handle event pressure
• Strong negotiation and coordination skills
• Must be comfortable traveling locally for events
• Should be proactive, presentable, and camera-friendly
• Strong organisational skills and time management abilities

Qualification

• Graduate / Post Graduate
• Event management diploma (optional, not mandatory)
• Freshers with strong personality may also apply

Salary & Benefits

• Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)
