About Hip Hop International (HHI):

Box Puppet ENT Pvt Ltd is a production house company where we have 5 brands, box puppet production house, Da Dance all studio, Da dosa kari, Da events & Da app.

The candidate will closely work with Hip Hop International India which comes under Da events.

Role Overview:

As a Event Management Intern, you will work closely with the sales and marketing team to assist in business development, client outreach, lead generation, and event promotion. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, especially within the entertainment and performing arts industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in identifying and generating new business leads
• Research potential clients, dance studios, schools, and sponsors.
• Support client outreach through calls, emails, and social media platforms
• Promote upcoming events, workshops, and competitions
• Help prepare reports and presentations
• Maintain CRM database with updated lead and client information
• Attend team meetings and contribute creative sales / Marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field
• Strong interest in dance, entertainment, or the performing arts industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles
• Self-motivated and eager to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with tools like MS Office, Google Workspace
