Administrative Oversight: Manage administrative functions, and operations. 2. Team Management: Supervise and mentor administrative staff, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity. 3. Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements. 4. Communication: Coordinate with departments, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution. 5. Strategic Planning: Contribute to strategic planning, aligning administrative functions with company goals. Requirements:- 1. Experience: 10+ years of experience in administration, with backend and supervisory experience. 2. Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. 3.
