About Us

WedMandap, powered by Filter Trade Technology Pvt Ltd, is a growing startup in the wedding and event management industry. Alongside offering premium event services, we are launching Event Management Career Courses for aspiring freshers who want to build a strong career in event and wedding planning.

We are looking for ambitious and driven professionals who can sell our Event Management Courses, onboard freshers, and create new business opportunities by representing our company in the field.

Role Overview

As an Event Management Course Seller, you will be the face of WedMandap in your region. Your role will include connecting with freshers and young professionals, explaining our course offerings, onboarding students, and also generating new deals for the company. This is a high-energy field sales role requiring strong communication, persuasion skills, and the ability to work under pressure with monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell WedMandap Event Management Courses to freshers, students, and aspiring professionals.
  • Generate leads through fieldwork, events, seminars, and local campaigns.
  • Educate potential clients and candidates about company services and career growth opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales and onboarding targets.
  • Represent the company at colleges, institutes, and local events to attract talent and clients.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to design outreach strategies.
  • Build long-term relationships with enrolled students and onboarded clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of field sales / business development / client acquisition experience (preferably in education, events, or service industry).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
  • Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and achieve monthly targets.
  • Enthusiastic about guiding young people into careers in event management.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets for reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
