Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for an Event Executive - College Activations. The individual will be responsible for planning and executing campus activation events, coordinating with key stakeholders, managing end-to-end event logistics, and ensuring the seamless delivery of campaigns. The Event Executive will play a pivotal role in fostering brand engagement with the youth demographic by organizing events, managing budgets, and analyzing campaign success. Building relationships with college representatives to strengthen brand presence is also a key element of the role.

Qualifications

• Event planning and execution skills, with the ability to manage on-ground logistics and coordination
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, especially in engaging with youth and college representatives
• Experience in marketing and brand activations, with a focus on engaging campaigns
• Organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple events
• Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using tools like MS Office; familiarity with event management software is a plus
• Enthusiasm for youth engagement and creating inspirational brand experiences
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Events Management, Communications, or a related field

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute on-ground brand activations across college campuses.
• Build strong networks with college committees, cultural heads, event organizers, and student leaders.
• Collaborate with college staff and faculty when needed to smoothen campaign approvals and logistics.
• Ensure everything runs like clockwork plan backups for on-ground and off-ground execution.
• Coordinate with vendors, manage setups, and tackle any last-minute changes.
• Engage directly with students and be the face of the brand during college events.
• During off-season, work on building a community of student content creators & influencers.
• Plan and execute digital campaigns in collaboration with these creators for brand buzz.
• Identify rising talent across colleges and help integrate them into our affiliate network.
• Prepare event wrap-up reports, capture feedback, track KPIs, and suggest improvements.
