We are seeking a high-caliber agency to take full responsibility for event direction, sponsorship management, and execution, ensuring a world-class experience for all stakeholders.Scope of Work1. Sponsorship & Brand PartnershipsDesign and execute tiered sponsorship packages (Platinum, Gold, Silver, Supporting).Identify, pitch, and secure anchor sponsors and corporate partners.Manage in-kind partnerships, vendor collaborations, and venue sponsorships.2. Celebrity & Influencer ManagementSource, approach, and confirm celebrity and influencer participants.Manage contracts, appearances, runway participation, and VIP experience.Coordinate influencer promotions and red-carpet activities.3. Creative Direction & Event ProductionDevelop and execute the show concept, stage, and runway design.Oversee styling, choreography, lighting, sound, and backstage operations.Align with designers, models, and creative teams to deliver a premium experience.4. PR, Media & MarketingPlan and execute media outreach, press coverage, and social media campaigns.Manage photography, videography, and live coverage.Ensure measurable brand exposure for sponsors and partners.5.
