We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Event Designer

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Create unique and cost-effective event designs & themes

• Attend client meetings to understand vision & requirements

• Conduct venue visits and provide styling recommendations

• Source & coordinate décor elements, props, flowers, and vendors

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure flawless execution

• Stay updated with industry trends & décor innovations

• Assist with theme creation, flower styling & on-site setups

🧠 Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–3 yrs experience in event design/planning

• Proficiency in Photoshop, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools

• Excellent communication & presentation skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and travel
