Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Coordinator at Geeta University in Panipat. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning and managing events, coordinating logistics, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring successful execution. The role involves liaising with internal teams and external partners to organize both on-campus and off-campus events. Handling participant inquiries, managing budgets, and tracking post-event feedback to measure success are key day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Ability to effectively handle Event Planning and Event Management responsibilities.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to ensure excellent stakeholder engagement.
• Experience or aptitude in Sales as it relates to event sponsorships or promotional activities.
• Capacity to work efficiently under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using event management software/tools and a keen attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field, is an advantage.
• Prior experience in event coordination or a similar role is highly desirable.
