Event Coordinator - Trainee

As part of this role, you must possess a two-wheeler and be open to travel as necessary. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting in the planning, organization, and execution of events based on client requirements. You will be required to coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to manage event logistics effectively. Ensuring the timely pick-up, delivery, and setup of event materials at venues will be a crucial part of your role. Additionally, you will conduct site visits, follow up on event-related tasks, provide on-ground support, and manage events efficiently. Keeping records of expenses, materials, and timelines, as well as providing daily reports and updates to the senior event manager, will also be essential tasks. To excel in this role, you should either be a fresher or have up to 1 year of experience in event management or a related field. Possessing a two-wheeler with a valid driving license is a must. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You should be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends. Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace would be advantageous. Proficiency in Hindi, English, Kannada, and the local language is also required. This is a full-time position that will require you to work in person.
