Job Description:

We are hiring Event Coordinators (Junior and Senior levels) to join our enthusiastic team. If you are organized, enjoy working with people, and want to be part of meaningful celebrations, this role is for you.

Experience in sales, client handling, or team coordination will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with clients to understand event requirements
• Assist in vendor and venue arrangements
• Support decor, catering, and logistics setup
• Be present on-site to ensure smooth execution
• Handle basic reports, Excel work, and client presentations

---

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (any field)
• Prior experience in sales, client servicing, or events is a plus
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Must understand English (fluency not required)
• Comfortable with flexible working hours, including some late-night shifts
• Willing to travel within Lucknow and occasionally outside (company-paid for outstation travel)
