About Us:

7 Phere Events is a creative and growing event management company based in Lucknow. We specialize in weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations, with a focus on quality, aesthetics, and smooth execution.

We are urgently hiring part-time Event Coordinators (both male & female) for upcoming weddings and events.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the overall flow of wedding events
• Supervise vendors, staff, and on-ground activities
• Assist guests and ensure smooth execution
• Manage checklists and support the event manager
• Ensure timely completion of all event segments
• Handle on-spot issues professionally

Requirements:

• Good communication & management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Punctual and reliable
• Event experience preferred but not necessary
