Roles and Responsibilities: Assist in the seamless planning and execution of the upcoming IREX (International Real Estate Expo) event. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure event objectives are met. Maintain, update, and manage attendee databases. Promote and market the event to invited attendees through email campaigns, calls, and other marketing channels. Handle RSVP responses and ensure accurate tracking and follow-ups. Desired Candidate Profile: Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting. Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in event marketing or coordination is a plus.
