Event Coordinator

EVENT COORDINATOR - GURGAON

IREX is a renowned event in the international real estate and immigration industry having conducted 23 editions in various cities in India & Dubai. We are hiring an Event Coordinator for assisting in event execution & coordination.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Oversee all operational aspects of event execution - exhibitor requirements, branding, logistics, and setup.

* Coordinate with venue teams, vendors, and service providers to ensure smooth delivery.

* Manage exhibitor communications, documentation, and deadlines.

* Act as the single point of contact for exhibitors and sponsors.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

* 2-4 years of experience in exhibitions, operations, or real estate marketing

* Excellent verbal and email communication skills

* Proficiency in MS Office - Excel & Word

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
