Type: Full-Time (Project-Based with Permanent Opportunity)

Position: Event Coordinator (Female)

We are looking for a smart, confident, and communication-strong female Event Coordinator who can manage exhibitor communication, event planning tasks, and on-ground coordination for TKC 2025.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with stall holders, sponsors, vendors, and partners
• Handle all communication via phone, WhatsApp, email & in-person meetings
• Maintain exhibitor data, follow-up records, and activity updates
• Assist in scheduling meetings, planning event activities & coordination
• Support backstage, stage shows, competitions & event flow
• Provide daily reports to the senior team & MD
• Ensure smooth coordination between all departments
• Support during event setup, operations, and event days
• Manage enquiries and assist in stall allocation and exhibitor support

Requirements

• Female candidate preferred
• Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi & basic English
• Presentable, polite, and professional
• Strong organisational & multitasking skills
• Comfortable working on-ground during the carnival dates
• Basic Excel / WhatsApp Business / Documentation knowledge
• Event management/corporate communication experience is a plus
• Immediate availability preferred
