Position Overview

The ETP Manager will oversee the operations and management of the Effluent Treatment Plant in a chemical manufacturing facility. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, optimizing treatment processes, and maintaining the efficiency of the plant.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Management:
• Supervise daily operations of the ETP.
• Ensure the efficient treatment of effluents to meet regulatory standards.
• Monitor and optimize treatment processes for cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
• Regulatory Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations.
• Prepare and submit necessary reports to regulatory agencies.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of the ETP.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead and train the ETP team to ensure high performance and safety standards.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and safety awareness.
• Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
• Oversee maintenance of ETP equipment and infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions.
• Data Management:
• Maintain accurate records of effluent treatment processes and performance metrics.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in ETP management or related roles within the chemical industry.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 per year
