As a Senior Architect, your role involves integrating and mapping customer data from client source systems to our industry-leading platform. Your key responsibilities will include: - Utilizing strong technical data migration, scripting, and organizational skills to ensure efficient and accurate conversion of client data to our platform. - Performing extract, transform, load (ETL) activities for accurate and timely data conversions. - Conducting in-depth research and analysis of complex scenarios to develop innovative solutions that meet customer needs while adhering to project governance. - Mapping and maintaining business requirements to the solution design using tools such as requirements traceability matrices (RTM). - Presenting findings, requirements, and problem statements for validation by stakeholders and working groups. - Identifying and documenting data gaps to facilitate change impact and downstream impact analysis. Qualifications required for this role: - 10+ years of experience in assessing data and analytic requirements to establish mapping rules from source to target systems in alignment with business objectives. - 5+ years of experience as a Tech Lead. - Experience with real-time, batch, and ETL processes for complex data conversions. - Working knowledge of extract, transform, load (ETL) methodologies and tools such as Informatica, DataStage, Dell Boomi, etc. - Proficiency in utilizing data mapping tools to prepare data for loads based on target system specifications. - Experience in using various data applications/systems like Oracle SQL, Excel, .csv files, etc. - Strong SQL scripting skills. - Effective communication with clients, Project Managers, and customers to scope, develop, test, and implement conversions/integrations. - Continuously driving improvements in the data migration process. - Collaborating with clients and Project Managers via phone and email throughout the conversion/integration process. - Demonstrated collaboration and problem-solving abilities. - Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, etc. - Clear comprehension of cloud and application integrations. - Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Ensuring accurate conversion/integration of clients' data within the deadlines set by the Project Manager. - Experience in customer SIT, UAT, migration, and go-live support. The shift timings for this position are from 5 PM to 2 AM IST.
