ETL Architect

As an experienced ETL Lead/Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing scalable data pipelines using various ETL tools and cloud data platforms. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient data integration and processing. Key Responsibilities: - Design end-to-end data warehousing solutions for customers. - Implement high-performance ETL workflows for structured and unstructured data. - Manage data pipelines on cloud platforms like Snowflake, Redshift, or Azure Synapse. - Ensure data quality, governance, and security in all ETL processes. - Optimize ETL performance, scalability, and cost efficiency. - Lead and mentor a team of ETL developers. Required Skills & Experience: - 10+ years of experience in ETL development and data integration. - Expertise in ETL tools such as Matillion, Informatica, Talend, SSIS, AWS Glue, etc. - Proficiency in SQL and either Python or Scala for automation. - Hands-on experience with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake, Redshift, Azure Synapse, and BigQuery. - Understanding of data modeling, data lakes, and workflow orchestration tools like Airflow, ADF, AWS Step Functions. - Strong problem-solving and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in performance tuning and cost optimization of ETL workflows. - Knowledge of real-time data processing and streaming technologies like Kafka, Kinesis, Azure Event Hub, etc. - Familiarity with data cataloging, lineage tracking, and metadata management. - Hands-on experience in data security and compliance standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2. Certifications in ETL Tools, Snowflake, AWS, Azure, or GCP would be appreciated.,
