Job Overview

We are looking for a high-integrity and independent Ethics & Fair Play Lead to design, enforce, and oversee ethical standards, competitive integrity, and fair play frameworks across all competitions, platforms, and operations. This role is critical to maintaining trust, transparency, and credibility among players, teams, partners, and audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and enforce ethics, integrity, and fair play policies
  • Design systems to prevent and detect cheating, match-fixing, and misconduct
  • Investigate violations and manage disciplinary processes
  • Act as an independent authority on integrity-related matters
  • Coordinate with tournament operations, tech, and legal teams
  • Oversee anti-cheat protocols and fair competition standards
  • Handle ethics complaints, whistleblower reports, and disputes
  • Maintain documentation, audit trails, and investigation reports
  • Educate players, teams, and staff on ethics and fair play guidelines
  • Stay updated on global best practices in sports and esports governance

Required Qualifications

  • 6–12 years of experience in ethics, compliance, integrity, or governance roles
  • Strong understanding of fair play, competitive integrity, and disciplinary frameworks
  • Experience handling investigations and sensitive cases
  • High standards of integrity, neutrality, and confidentiality
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to operate independently under public and internal scrutiny

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Esports, Sports Federations, Gaming Platforms, or Regulators
  • Background in law, compliance, risk, or governance
  • Familiarity with anti-cheat systems and integrity monitoring
  • Experience working with players, teams, and tournament operators
