Job Description

6+ years of subject matter expert with hands-on implementation and PUM/Tools upgrade experience on working with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions 9.x modules, including Campus Community, Recruiting and Admissions, Student Records, Student Financials, Academic Structure, Gradebook, Academic Advisement, Self-Service experience with designing and maintaining interfaces to external systems.
  • Should have completed at least 3 full lifecycle Campus Solutions implementations/upgrades projects.
  • Lead clients through the entire systems development lifecycle, and work on all project phases of PS, including requirement gathering workshops, CRP sessions, Fit/Gap, design, business process mapping, Configuration, Testing, and provide inputs on best practices, options, risks, and impacts.
  • Should have Strong hands-on experience in a minimum of 5 modules of PeopleSoft
  • Campus Solutions and knowledge of SQL, PS Queries, and Integration Broker monitoring.
  • Strong skills in gathering and documenting business requirements for systems enhancements, performing fit/gap analysis, and writing functional or technical specifications based on requirements.
  • Proven skills in quality assurance, including creation of testing scripts and test execution;
  • Additional working/integration knowledge of other PeopleSoft modules, such as HCM,
  • Finance, ELM, and web services will be considered as an added advantage.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with the above experience in a University / Higher Education environment.
