We are looking for an enthusiastic Architect to join us onsite at our Surat, Gujarat office. About the Role:
As an Architect at Rising Steel, you will play a critical role in supporting our Australian projects by interpreting structural and architectural drawings, identifying detailing and finishes, and preparing accurate estimates. Your precision and technical understanding will directly contribute to our project successes in Melbourne and across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drawing Interpretation: Analyze and interpret structural and architectural plans for accurate project estimation.
• Detailing & Finishes: Identify key finishes, construction details, and material specifications from drawings.
• Estimation Preparation: Assist in preparing material take-offs and preliminary cost estimations.
• Technical Collaboration: Work closely with our Melbourne team to clarify details and resolve discrepancies.
• Site Analysis Enhancement: Strengthen your skills in evaluating real-world construction sites based on design intent.

Mandatory Skills:

• A degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• Strong ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
• Working knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in preparing detailed documentation and basic estimation reports.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
• Basic understanding or willingness to learn Australian construction standards (training provided).
