Relevant Industry

Technical Competency:

Strong understanding of US and ISA standards.
Knowledge of control and electrical panel design, and field instrumentation.
Expertise in hardware systems including Allen-Bradley, Schneider, ABB, Siemens.
Hands-on experience with VFDs, PLCs, and HMIs.
Expertise in selection and preparation of appropriate panel BOM.

Communication:

Strong verbal and written communication to influence and persuade stakeholders.
Ability to adjust communication style as per customer and situation.
Active listening and confident group presentation skills.

Customer Service:

Builds trust and rapport with customers through genuine care and professionalism.
Adaptability to customer processes.
Experience working remotely with international/global customers.

Desired Profile of the Candidate

Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in estimation, design, and panel engineering.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and related tools.
Strong knowledge of material procurement and switchgear selection.
Ready to relocate and work from Pune office.
