Job Title: Estimation & Tendering Engineer Warehousing & Industrial Construction Location: Mumbai HO Department: Estimation & Tendering Industry: Warehousing & Industrial Construction Reporting To: Head Estimation & Contracts Job Summary: Responsible for cost estimation, bid preparation, and tender management for large-scale warehousing & industrial construction projects across India. Requires strong analytical skills, pricing expertise, risk assessment, and vendor negotiation to ensure competitive and cost-effective proposals. Key Responsibilities: Cost Estimation & BOQ – Prepare accurate cost estimates, rate analysis, and value engineering. Tender Management – Compile bids, review contracts, coordinate with vendors, and handle post-bid negotiations. Market Research – Track material & labor costs, maintain vendor databases, and refine bid strategies. Risk & Commercial Analysis – Assess financial feasibility, mitigate risks, and evaluate contract clauses. Tender Follow-up – Maintain bid records, assist in negotiations, and refine bidding strategies. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Quantity Surveying . Experience: 6-8 years in cost estimation, tendering, EPC & Design-Build projects . Technical Skills: BOQ preparation, costing tools (Candy, AutoCAD, Excel, ERP), tender documentation, regulatory knowledge.
