We are pleased to announce that one of our esteemed clients has an immediate requirement for the below position in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with Anabeebs Safety and Quality Policies, as well as client-specific requirements.
• Conduct tender reviews and arrange site visits when required.
• Prepare clarifications/queries and coordinate with the chief/lead estimator before submission to the client.
• Develop subcontractor packages, float RFQs, and follow up on responses.
• Review subcontractor offers and prepares comprehensive BOQs as per scope.
• Calculate material requirements, activity-wise manhours, mobilization/demobilization, consumables, and equipment needs.
• Prepare competitive estimates for review and approval to meet client deadlines.
• Compile supporting documents such as method statements, organization charts, resource deployment charts, safety/QC documentation, and schedules.
• Draft technical and commercial proposals for review and approval.
• Initiate budgetary proposals using tender documents and historical data.
• Maintain procedures for estimating work in line with tendering and contract requirements.
• Prepare, compile, and verify tender packages prior to submission.
• Follow up with clients and provide updates on active tenders.
• Review contracts/purchase orders and initiate clarifications as required.
• Prepare budgets and costs aligned with site requirements.
• Ensure timely handover of work files to operations.
• Share knowledge and experience with colleagues for continuous improvement.
• Undertake tasks assigned by lead/chief estimators or department managers.
• Liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal departments.
• Maintain strong working relationships within and outside the department.
• Collaborate with senior colleagues to compile complete project estimates.

Minimum Requirements:

• Education

  : Diploma or bachelors degree in engineering

• Experience: Bachelors degree holders:

  Minimum 3 years in oil, gas, or petrochemical industry.

  Diploma holders:

  Minimum 5 years in oil, gas, or petrochemical industry

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary

  : 4000 - 5000 SAR (based on interview performance and skill set)

• Benefits
