Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Estimation Engineer (Supervisor) to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost estimation for engineering projects, with a proven track record in preparing accurate and detailed estimates. This role requires excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Prepare detailed cost estimates for various engineering projects.
Analyze project specifications, drawings, and proposals to determine scope of work and required materials.
Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for accurate estimates.
Review subcontractor bids and prepare comparative analysis of costs.
Develop and maintain a database of costs and pricing for materials and labor.
Assist in the preparation of bid documents and presentations.
Monitor project progress and update estimates as required.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
7-10 years of experience in estimation engineering or related roles.
Proficient in cost estimation software and tools, such as Primavera, SAP, or similar.
Strong analytical and mathematical skills to assess project costs accurately.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
