Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for an Estimation Engineer located in Pune, with some work from home acceptable. The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), conducting project estimations, and utilizing civil engineering expertise to ensure accurate and effective cost management. The role also involves negotiation with stakeholders, as well as conducting research to inform and refine estimation processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and conducting Project Estimations
• Solid understanding and expertise in Civil Engineering
• Strong Negotiation skills
• Research skills for informed and refined estimation processes
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
