Job Description

For preparing techno commercial offers. Reporting to vice president - marketing. (no target). Attractive perks. Candidates from pharma machinery will be preferred.
Prepare detailed project cost estimates, including materials, labor, equipment, and overheads.
Analyze drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to determine project requirements.
Conduct site visits to gather information for accurate estimation.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams to validate quantities and specifications.
Evaluate vendor quotations and prepare comparative cost analyses.
Prepare tender documents, bids, and proposals for clients.
Monitor cost trends and provide recommendations for cost optimization.
Maintain accurate records of estimates, revisions, and approvals.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting for ongoing projects.
